ASSESSMENT
We begin with a Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy-Assessment.
This is a systemic and thorough approach to discovering problems, imbalances or blockages. Orthopedic and osteopathic tests, anatomic landmark exams and simple neurological checks determine what the tailored treatment plan will require.
The assessments are mapped to the corresponding treatment protocols.
BODY WORK
A combination of myofascial release, deep tissue work, acupressure, assisted myofascial stretching and/or reflexology is harnessed as required.
INTEGRATION
Embodying and integrating the manual therapy into body and mind. This is accomplished through meditative movement, chi kung/qigong, Traditional Thai massage, energy healing, meditation and breathwork. This is a key phase for fusing energetic healing.

A physical therapy concentrating on the release of muscle tension, tight connective tissue and fascial stiffness. Mobilisation in these areas can drastically improve tissue elasticity, muscle and joint function and circulation. The release of these tissues allows for restoration of the body's natural alignments.

A physical therapy whereby pressure is applied to muscle tissue. The superficial muscles release, enabling the practitioner to work on deeper layers of muscle tension. Particularly effective for releasing trigger point or 'knots'.

Pressure is placed on specific points on the body to restore natural energy balance and promote the body's innate ability to heal itself.

A passive stretching therapy; a deep release for muscles and connective tissues surrounding joints and areas difficult to palpate.
